Ethos PNW was established by Lindsey Sehmel in July 2023. After Lindsey spent 16 years+ working the vast field of Land Use and Community Planning, earning her Executive Masters of Public Administration from the Evans School of Public Policy and Governance at the University of Washington in 2019.
It was during a time of reflection and personal empowerment early in 2023 that Lindsey knew that her skills, awareness, lived experience and authenticity must be shared broader across the State of Washington and beyond to assist our leaders in meeting their desires of an equitable, liberated, and authentic communities.
She leads with her heart at what she does and fully believes that we can heal the traumas of past mistakes and oversight in the world of community planning and engagement.
